To check this, press Alt-TI and make sure that Solver (as well as Xrealstats) is on the list of add-ins with a checkmark next to it. This time check the Xrealstats add-in Most important, remember that Solver must be installed.

Now open a blank Excel worksheet and press Alt-TI. You can also reach this dialog via File -> Options -> Add-Ins -> Manage: Excel Add-Ins: Go. Uncheck the Xrealstats add-in and close Excel. If add-in is not there, select Refresh in the top right corner. Then select the Admin Managed tab along the top in the Office Add-ins window. If the deployed add-in doesn't support add-in commands or if you want to view all deployed add-ins, you can view them via My Add-ins from the Insert tab. If any office application is running it should be restarted. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue. Under Shared Office Features, select Visual Basic for Applications, or VBA and click Next. Select Add or Remove Features and click Next. The easiest way to do this is to press Alt+t, i (hold down Alt and then press “t”, followed by the letter “i”) to get the Excel add-ins dialog. The add-in command can appear on any tab. Select Microsoft Office, then click the Change button.
