Never forget that Korra is the first main character in a cartoon that is bisexual and in a relationship which is super important. That drawing that BK did of them in the Turtle-duck boat ride still warms my heart. They've made me even happier when they made Korrasami canon at the end of the show and continued the relationship in the comic. I want to thank these talented bunch of people for all the work that they've put into making this show.

The Avatar series is still a fake anime to me (and I'm saying this with fondness now), but LoK has raised the bar so high that if any animation studios complain about how hard it is to create female characters, they're not getting my money.
